What to expect

We offer free standard shipping within Canada. Allow 1–2 business days for processing and then 4–6 business days in transit. The normal combined estimate is 5–8 business days. From the day your parcel is delivered, a 30-day return and exchange window applies. You may change your mind without giving a reason. Approved returns and exchanges come with free return transport paid by our store. We provide a prepaid label or another return method at no cost, and do not charge a restocking fee.
